1. New Endoscopy unit - operations theatres and recovery units
2. New orthopaedic Unit - operation theatres, consulting rooms, changing and waiting rooms
3. New Beatson Oncology Centre - Providing full building and M&E clerks of
works on this major project
Leverndale Hospital
A new build Pharmacy unit
Maternity Unit, Ayrshire General Hospital, Irvine
Appointed directly by the architect on this project to provide a full service
Monklands Hospital
1. A new build Day Unit from foundations to practical completion
2. Refurbishment of the Accident and Emergency theatres and consulting rooms
3. Upgrading of public areas, corridors etc. to form fire compartment areas to conform with fire regulations
4.New out-patients department
Ninewells Hospital, Dundee
Fitting out unoccupied shell accommodations on two levels and alterations to existing offices, staff, donor and laboratory areas to form a Regional Blood Transfusion and Donor Centre
Parkhead Hospital
1. New build Day Hospital and Resource Centre
2.Refurbishment of existing wards, toilets, offices and dining areas
Stobhill Hospital
Carried out a Mechanical and Electrical survey to identify existing installations and isolation of required services before demolition of surveyed area to allow enabling works to be carried out for future developments
