We are a professional consultancy providing clerks of works services throughout the United Kingdom

As we employ a large number of permanent staff, we can provide resources with experience on all types of building, civil engineering, services and infrastructure projects. We can provide a full-time or part-time service, depending on our client requirements on all building, civil, mechanical and electrical projects.  We can assist at short notice with holiday and sickness cover when required.

Our existing client list includes both public and private sector, including Universities, Colleges, Hospitals, Scottish Prison Service, Housing Associations, Private House builders, Local and National Government bodies, Hotels, Shopping Centres, Commercial Office Developments, Theatres and Court Buildings etc.

Recently we have added stock condition and survey reports to the services we offer clients.  This includes preparing long term maintenance programmes with budget costings followed by management of the maintenance operations

We also provide Health and Safety and Planning Supervisor services to existing clients

Most of our business is repeat business from satisfied clients and we are expanding our resources to match current market demands

We are ISO 9002 registered and have our own comprehensive quality documentation, which includes site checklists, formal weekly reporting and site audits etc.

We employ three Area Managers who are responsible for client liaison and who are there to support on any technical matters

We have full administrative back up and we have Professional Indemnity Insurance of £2 million.  The majority of our employees are members of the ICW. We also provide Planning Supervisor Services to existing clients
